Are you passionate about shaping efficient processes and driving digital excellence in operations? As a SAP Business Analyst / Key User (f/m/x), you play a crucial role in ensuring that our SAP S/4HANA environment truly supports the needs of our business. By combining deep process knowledge with hands-on system expertise, you help our EMEA operations teams work smarter, faster, and more seamlessly. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for the SAP S/4HANA module WTD to end users across EMEA
- Supervising SAP applications in WTD for the Sysmex branches in EMEA
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes in S/4HANA, including handling local and global change requests
- Collaborating with FI Key Users as well as internal and external ERP consultants to ensure integrated and aligned processes across the organization
- Communicating process changes clearly to stakeholders, including senior management, end users, and customers
- Preparing training material in SAP Enable Now, delivering training, and supporting end users in adopting and following standardized processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spark?, You are a great match for this role if you bring a strong process mindset, hands-on SAP expertise, and the drive to continuously improve operational excellence. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- A completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA, with in-depth knowledge of the module WTD
- 2-5 years of operational experience as a Key User or Business Analyst, ideally combined with a background in IT-related project work
- Strong analytical skills and an end-to-end understanding of operational processes along the OTC & PTP modules
- Additional knowledge in purchasing, inventory management, and sales/distribution is a plus
- Practical experiences in warehouses is also a plus
- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g. PTP or LSP interface integration) is advantageous
- A proven team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage but not a must
