Lead SAP SD

• Lead full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including presales, design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, cut-over, and go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery, managing expectations and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SD and related logistics processes within VSS / DBM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end solution ownership, from business process mapping through to technical realization.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with customers and partners.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, customer presentations, and pre-sales engagements.
• Collaborate with the Head of Consulting EU and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in VSS product development, including design and functional specification definition., * Take full ownership of end-to-end SAP VSS implementation projects for leading automotive clients.
• Combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on consulting work.
• Work in a dynamic, European consulting environment that values innovation and delivery excellence.

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Minimum 7 years of SAP consulting experience, including end-to-end implementation leadership.
• Proven track record in SAP SD, ideally within logistics or automotive environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles, including presales, design, implementation, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.
• Hands-on customizing experience - not just project management.
• Strong process knowledge across sales, distribution, pricing, order-to-cash, and after-sales streams.
• Experience with VSS / DBM solutions is highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Open to travel within the DACH region.
