Backend Developer

• Completed degree in computer science, media informatics or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of at least one of the Java, Scala, C# programming languages
• Experience in working with software testing methods and frameworks
• You are familiar with patterns and software architectures
• Practical experience with REST and GraphQL
• You are familiar with relational and/or document-based database systems

• You implement the requirements of our customers in close cooperation with our project managers
• Together with our frontend and mobile devs, you design interfaces (e.g. REST or GraphQL)
• You take part in team code reviews where you support each other
• You actively participate in the requirements analysis and the detailed design of the software to be developed
• You create automated tests and, together with our testing department, help ensure that the results meet high quality standards
• You are jointly responsible for the selection of technologies and keep an eye on current developments
