Job description
Are you a hands-on, technically minded student with a passion for bringing innovative hardware concepts to life? We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join our team, focusing on the exciting areas of hardware prototyping, development, and demonstrator creation.
- During your assignment you will create and replicate demonstrators, which can include designing 3D models, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and using 3D printers.
- You will program development boards such as Arduino, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi bringing demonstrators to life.
- Furthermore, you will assist with the setup and preparation of exhibition booths for events, ensuring items are optimally presented and operational.
- Finally, you will regularly maintain and ensure the proper functioning and aesthetic presentation of demonstrators within our showroom.
Requirements
- Education: studies in a relevant field with good grades
- Experience and Knowledge: prototyping knowledge with mix expertise in 3D design and 3D printing, development board programming / embedded systems and sensor communication (I2C, SPI), or PCB design; familiarity with Git and previous experience as a student assistant is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at independently driving tasks forward, getting hands-on, and maintaining a clear overview of ongoing projects
- Work Routine: onsite, office presence required
- Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus
