Job description
- You technically own the charge in deploying the Workday Recruitment suite across our vast global organization, setting new standards for efficiency and user experience.
- You nurture deep collaboration with partners and our diverse global Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring a unified vision and flawless execution.
- You champion and monitor the successful adoption and strategic alignment of Workday within our P&O organization, ensuring its full potential is realized.
- Architect an integrated, innovative Talent Acquisition landscape that delights both hiring managers and candidates, delivering a truly digital-first, efficient, and engaging hiring journey.
- You serve as the Global Product Owner for the Workday Recruitment application, orchestrating its optimal performance and evolving its capabilities in close partnership with our GBS DPS IT experts.
- Take ownership of the Workday component portfolio, making critical decisions on functional improvements that directly align with our dynamic business needs.
- Strongly collaborate with Functional Workpackage Owners in our global teams.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Master's degree?, + Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or similar, + Longterm relevant work experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with Workday Recruiting (certifications are a fantastic bonus!) and ecosystem solutions, demonstrating your mastery of this critical platform.
- A natural ability to thrive and excel in a diverse, rapidly evolving global environment.
- A keen analytical mind that can dissect complex challenges, apply sound logic, and deliver innovative, data-driven recommendations.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine talent for building positive relationships and encouraging effective teamwork across cultures.
- A deep-seated desire to craft and deliver unparalleled user experiences and drive enthusiastic engagement.
- The ability to not just identify opportunities, but to transform them into powerful solutions that generate significant business value for Siemens.
- Language skills
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus
