Job description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to drive a strategic initiative focused on transforming enterprise software engineering with AI-native solutions. You will play a pivotal role in advancing a unified engineering platform that leverages cutting-edge AI technologies, automates software delivery processes, and accelerates innovation across the development lifecycle.
This is your opportunity to lead a skilled Scrum team while remaining hands-on in the code - balancing technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead a Scrum team of 4-6 developers/testers, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison to client representatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project priorities.
- Architect and develop AI-enhanced platforms, AI agents, and automation solutions that streamline engineering processes.
- Design and implement Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for AI integration into software engineering workflows.
- Mentor team members in best practices, design patterns, clean code, and performance optimization.
- Oversee software delivery from concept to production, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation across both technology and delivery processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, especially in a US time-zone collaboration model (~6-hour CET overlap ideal).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong leadership with a consultative mindset - capable of proposing innovations, guiding clients, and explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC Core, WebAPI, React, Node.js
- Deep knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (especially Azure).
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL (MS SQL, NoSQL, Redis), and architectural patterns like Repository Pattern, Unit of Work.
- Familiarity with Authentication/Authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
- Strong skills in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub), testing frameworks (xUnit), and debugging/profiling tools.
- Solid experience with Postman, Fiddler, Visual Studio, and profiling & static code analysis tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools is a plus - particularly for AI agents, automation, or AI-augmented software engineering.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.

- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Security best practices - OWASP, SQLi, XSS, CSRF
- PowerBI, SSRS, Aspose
- Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, SQL Database
- Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, and AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, LangChain, etc. is a bonus.
