The Senior Solutions Engineer serves as a Deals Copilot, functioning as both a Solution Consultant and a Trusted Advisor to potential clients. In this role you will collaborate with the sales team to understand and interpret customer needs, then translate these technical and business requirements into credible solution demonstrations that showcase tangible business value. As a senior team member, you will mentor other team members, experiment with new strategies, and innovate ways to boost Average Contract Value, accelerate Sales Cycle Velocity, and improve the overall Win-Rate., * Deep Business & Value Discovery: Lead rigorous, multi-threaded discovery across a prospect's organization to uncover systemic business problems and map them directly to quantifiable Profit and Loss (P&L) impacts.
- Value-Driven Demonstration & Storytelling: Design and deliver highly tailored demonstrations that serve as "proof-of-value". Connect customer stories, product capabilities, and differentiators to the prospects' pains and critical business issues.
- Co-piloting the Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies by providing technical insights and relevant recommendations, ensuring alignment between provided deal qualification, technical solutions, and sales goals. Partner with Account Executives to define and execute a how-to-win plan that reduces the average time-to-close a deal.
- RFP/RFI Response Preparation: Lead the functional and technical sections of RFP/RFIs, including gathering necessary information, drafting responses, and ensuring accuracy and competitiveness within the deadlines
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to relay customer feedback where relevant.
- Partner Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Technical Solution Design and PoC Management: Lead the design of customized technical solutions that align with customer needs and requirements, ensure feasibility and alignment with the company's product capabilities, and lead PoCs with sometimes people for prospective customers when desired.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * You have experience in presales/technical sales, in a B2B SaaS or IT services company. Ideally, in the world of e-commerce, content management or master data management.
- An in-depth understanding of sales principles and the ability to apply them to various situations.
- Advanced problem-solving skills: an ability to anticipate and proactively address potential issues, as well as effectively communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in identifying and resolving complex technical issues, optimizing processes and workflows, and driving innovation.
- Active listening: demonstrate your understanding, and effectively communicate with prospects and colleagues.
- Ability to identify and address underlying issues that may be driving objections and provide innovative and creative solutions to overcome them.
