We are currently looking for new members to join our Public Advisory team at our offices in Berlin and Düsseldorf. We are a small, interdisciplinary team with a passion for working with our clients to develop suitable solutions for their challenges in the field of process digitization. As a digital consultant at IBM iX, you act as the interface between technology, technical expertise/business requirements, and user experience, keeping an eye on the needs and requirements of all parties involved.

Your tasks
- As an experienced contact person, you will work closely with our customers to develop technology-agnostic and user-centered strategies for digitizing their services in order to meet their current and future challenges in a sustainable manner
- You will take responsibility for managing and supporting agile innovation, service, development, and transformation processes with a focus on digitization in various industries, primarily in the public sector
- Working closely with experts in relevant areas-both on the customer side and at IBM iX-you will create technically coordinated technical requirements and support our customers in selecting suitable (low-code) software for their upcoming initiatives and projects
- You will prepare effort estimates and cost indications for (potentially) upcoming projects
- As a broad-based knowledge carrier, you will be an active contributor at customer meetings and workshops and will guide colleagues with less professional experience
- If necessary, you will assist in the implementation of process digitalization with the help of low-code solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * You have a degree, e.g., in business informatics/engineering, business administration, (specialized) computer science, or a comparable field
- You have several years of professional experience-ideally in consulting-with practical experience in change management, process optimization/digitization, and ideally in the integration of AI components
- You are confident in using MS Office and have knowledge of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or Mural, as well as relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN2.0, ITIL, COBIT, Design Thinking)
- You have in-depth knowledge of process digitization and automation, as well as a strong interest in new technologies, trends, and digital business models
- You are characterized by strong analytical thinking skills, customer focus, strong communication skills, and a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
- You quickly and eagerly familiarize yourself with new topics and are fluent in written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
