Senior Lead Developer

By working closely with various business units, CIT ensures that technological advancements and digital transformations are seamlessly integrated into business processes. Your Role

• Responsible for handling RICEFW objects within one workstream.
• Be aware of dependencies between business processes.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, especially within the lead developer community. Collaborate with the internal global development team.
• Provide technical solutions to business requirements, with a focus on Clean Core concepts.
• Review functional specifications and provide feedback to the workstream.
• Review deliverables, including documentation and code (peer review).
• Work with project management tools such as Jira and maintain epics, stories, etc., in line with project definitions.
• As a Technical Specialist, you will manage RICEFW objects within a dedicated workstream and ensure alignment with business processes and project goals. You'll collaborate closely with global development teams, contribute to Clean Core-aligned technical solutions, and perform thorough reviews of specifications and deliverables.
• Strong teamwork and experience with tools like Jira are essential.

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * S/4HANA Technical Specialist with several years of SAP development experience. Solid understanding of the SAP Clean Core concept and related technologies such as RAP and CAP.

• In-depth knowledge of (B)APIs and CDS views.
• Experience in at least two technology layers of the RICEFW model is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the latest SAP technologies, including In-App extensions, Side-by-Side extensions, and development services on the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Proven experience working in an internal onsite/offshore setup.
• Capable of coordinating a team of 5-10 developers from a technical perspective.
