Chief Information Security Officer

• Strategically lead and continuously develop the information security strategy for the entire Endress+Hauser Group.
• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to the Corporate Security Team.
• Guide IT, OT, and product security areas and evolve the security organization.
• Orchestrate and manage the group-wide Cyber Security Program (CSP).
• Define, implement, and monitor group-wide information security policies, standards, and control mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines through regular audits and reviews.
• Manage third-party risks and conduct security assessments of external partners.
• Report on the status of information security to the Executive Board and recommend strategic measures.
• Promote a strong security culture through awareness campaigns and training initiatives across the Group.
• Lead crisis management efforts and build cyber resilience.Represent the company in external committees and to authorities on information security matters.

Do you have experience in Spark?, * Hold a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.

• Possess certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor (preferred).
• Have several years of leadership experience in international companies with a cross-functional organizational structure.
• Demonstrate proven success in managing complex security projects and programs.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Show resilience and diplomatic skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
