As a Project Manager for our Research Department, you'll play a central role in the department's core activities. Here's a quick glance at your responsibilities:
- Process management: Crafting and maintaining robust processes to ensure our projects deliver research outcomes efficiently and consistently, even when dealing with the inherent unpredictability of research - from evolving goals and unexpected outcomes to shifting requirements and unforeseen technical challenges.
- Support across projects: Providing comprehensive support to teams across various projects, handling administrative, organizational, and legal tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Promoting transparency and collaboration: Acting as a bridge for transparent and collaborative relationships between our team and other stakeholders involved in our projects.
- Communication facilitation: Utilizing communication channels effectively to synchronize efforts and ensure alignment among all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Thorough task analysis: Delving deep into project tasks, meticulously analyzing and verifying their completeness and accuracy to set the stage for success.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SDLC?, We're seeking a diligent and proactive individual to join us, helping to streamline our operations and foster closer collaboration between JetBrains teams. By taking on organizational responsibilities, you'll enable our tech specialists to concentrate on driving innovation and adding even more value to the company., * Process management mastery: Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing processes to navigate projects with high levels of uncertainty, ensuring both timeliness and quality. Knowledge of SDLC and frameworks is a plus.
- Technical background: Understanding of ML and AI principles. Ability to facilitate technical discussions and identify potential risks and challenges associated with ML/AI projects.
- Effective communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a talent for facilitating seamless information flow and fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical rigor: Strong analytical capabilities, enabling you to dive deep into project tasks, ensuring meticulous definition of scope and requirements and effective execution for optimal outcomes. A background as a system or business analyst could be beneficial.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities.
- Detail-oriented organization: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently without compromising quality.
