Job description

  • Conduct audits across various IT domains including data centers, cloud systems, enterprise applications and cybersecurity controls.
  • Assess the effectiveness of IT general controls (e.g. access management, change management, backup and recovery, system development lifecycle, etc.)
  • Evaluate the security of OT (Operational Technology) environments in manufacturing plants, including network segmentation, patch management and endpoint protection.
  • Use internal and external regulations and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX) to assess compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Participate in establishing the yearly risk-based audit plan.
  • Lead audit engagements, including managing the dedicated IT audit team.
  • Maintain strong working relationships across departments and management levels.

Requirements

  • University degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT auditing or hands-on experience in areas such as: OT network security, Software development and application lifecycle, Cybersecurity and IT general controls
  • Familiarity with technologies like Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, anti-malware, and network systems (e.g., CISCO, Palo Alto).
  • Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading projects and working in international environments.
  • Business fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for audit assignments.
