- Independently initialising and implementing agile practices and principles, taking agile values into account, and supporting the teams in learning and applying them
- Management of Scrum events including planning, sprints, dailies, sprint reviews and final retrospective
- Training in methods and content (agile, scrum, etc.) via various learning channels in workshops, lectures or on-the-job training
- Supporting the product owner team in creating and prioritising the project/product line plan, stage plans and backlog management
- Responsible contact person for all questions regarding the project status and obstacles
- Responsibility for monitoring and controlling sprint progress and defining measures in the event of deviations
- Responsibility for optimising project transparency and communication with project planners and all stakeholders involved Your profile
Requirements

Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification

Good knowledge of product development and the project management process

Experience in hybrid/agile project management, Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner

High IT affinity and sound knowledge in the field of product developmentExpertise in scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or Less

Several years of experience in the practical application of agile approaches (SCRUM, KANBAN) and confident handling MS Office and SAP

Certification as Scrum Master
