Job description
As our Senior AdTech and Data Manager (m/f/d), you will be the critical bridge between our commercial Retail Media teams and our world-class Product & Engineering organization. You are the go-to expert responsible for building the technical and data-driven foundation of our advertising ecosystem. You won't just be maintaining systems; you'll be pioneering the future of how Flink connects brands with our customers.
In this role, you will:
- Architect and Refine our advertising attribution models to accurately measure campaign impact and drive strategic investment decisions.
- Lead the Strategy for user segmentation and targeting, ensuring we deliver hyper-relevant advertising that enhances the customer experience.
- Act as the Technical Pillar for the Retail Media team, translating commercial needs into technical requirements and vice-versa.
- Collaborate Closely with Product and Engineering to define the roadmap for new, cutting-edge advertising products and features that will accelerate our growth.
- Dive Deep into Data to uncover insights, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for optimization across our entire ad stack.
- Own the Technical Integrity of our advertising setup, ensuring data accuracy, campaign performance, and system scalability.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, We are looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a tangible impact.
What you'll bring to the team:
- A Seasoned Professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the dynamic worlds of programmatic advertising, adtech, or retail media.
- Deep Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing advertising attribution models (e.g., last-click, multi-touch, data-driven).
- Proven Experience with sophisticated user segmentation and targeting strategies, turning raw data into actionable audience insights.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with Python is a major plus!
- An Excellent Communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong relationships and translating complex technical concepts for commercial stakeholders.
- A Builder's Mindset, with a passion for creating scalable, data-driven solutions from the ground up.
