Job title Working Student - Full-Stack Developer (Django + React, AI-Assisted Development)

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) Full-Stack Developer who is ready to actively contribute to our product development from day one.

You will work hands-on across the full stack - building and maintaining Django-based backends and React frontends - while leveraging AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and React.

• Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, Cody, etc.) effectively to generate, refactor, and document high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to build new features and improve existing ones.
• Write and maintain automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to discussions on architecture, performance, and best practices.
• Help continuously improve development workflows and tooling.

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * You are currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program in Germany.

• You already have hands-on experience developing applications with Django (Python) and React (JavaScript/TypeScript) - through prior jobs, personal projects, or university work.
• You are comfortable using AI coding tools in your daily workflow to speed up development and improve quality.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and Git workflows.
• Strong sense of ownership, code quality, and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills in English (German optional).

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, Docker, or cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Jest).
• Interest in AI integration or machine learning applications.
