• Strategic and Operational IT Responsibility You will plan, manage, and continuously develop the entire IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, and network systems, while also providing support to our international locations in Lainate and Venray.

• User Account and Access Management You will be responsible for managing user accounts and access permissions at both the network and system levels.

• System Administration and IT Operations You will install, configure, and maintain systems, servers, and software, ensuring seamless IT operations, including the implementation of backup, update, and security strategies.

• Support and Process Assistance You will provide first- and second-level support for ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and client/server environments, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and support departments in IT-enabled business processes.
