Construction Site Manager Rechenzentrum / Data Center

Stellen Sie Ihre Bauleidenschaft unter Beweis und werden Sie Teil unseres Data Center Teams. Nach umfangreicher Einarbeitung, übernehmen Sie als Bauleitung (m/w/d) bei GOLDBECK in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Projektleiter (m/w/d) die Verantwortung für die komplette Abwicklung einer Data Center Baustelle. Sie übernehmen folgende Hauptaufgaben:

• Verantwortungsvolle Bauleitung für spannende Data Center Projekte inkl. aller Gewerke
• Fachgerechte Sicherstellung von Quantität, Qualität, Terminen und Kosten (durch die Einbindung von LEAN-Management sowie BIM-Technologien)
• Mitwirkung an der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen
• Eigenverantwortliche Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
• Vorbereitung der Kundenabnahme und Projektbetreuung im Gewährleistungszeitraum

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Fach Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen oder Techniker mit Berufserfahrung
• Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung von Data Centern oder schlüsselfertigen Gewerbeimmobilien wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen VOB, Ausführungsplanung und Bauausführung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Ausschreibungs- und Terminplanungsprogrammen
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
