Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Compliance & Audit Program Manager to lead audit readiness, embed compliance into evolving IT processes, and manage strategic audit programs aligned with organizational goals.

Your Role

  • Represent IT Group Functions in external and internal IT audits, from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate audit reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Review IT processes and controls for compliance with standards and policies.
  • Manage audit results, documentation, and implement improvement measures.
  • Develop IT processes within the internal control system (ICS) and Identity & Access Management.
  • Conduct risk analyses and ensure robust IT security in collaboration with the CISO.
  • Design and enforce user access rights for SaaS, SAP, and Oracle systems.
  • Lead strategic audit programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
  • Provide leadership to audit-related project teams and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Risk management?, * University degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or similar.

  • Several years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles and technologies.
  • Professional certifications (CISA, CIA, CPA) and project management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DHL Group's IT structure is an advantage.
