Job description
The mission of the architecture unit is to plan and design state of the art, sustainable and secured enterprise digital solutions for our customers, partners and everybody and you can be part of this exciting journey. The transformation programs architecture team, which you will become part of, has the particular mission to define the future to-be target architecture for a full digital continuity of all key value streams of the company. This includes the design of the major enterprise platforms like ALM, PLM, ERP, CRM, MOM/MES but also technology watch and application of emerging technologies like cloud solutions, IoT, AI/ML, Semantic integration across tools boundaries, graph databases, blockchain, big data analysis, AR/VR to just name a few.
Definition working student Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.
This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.
Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of digital solutions for the various projects part of our digital transformation journey
- Contribute to the modelling of the digital architecture on different layers (business, functional, data, technical)
- Contribute to the creation of architecture views for communication with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of automations and software related to enterprise architecture management
- Maintain the architecture reference following the defined methodology and principles
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * Enrolled full-time student in the area of computer science, engineering, aerospace or an equivalent field of study.
- First practical experience in the field of computer science or digital architecture is desirable.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Modelling skills like Archimate, UML or SysML and use of modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise architect or Cameo/CATIA Magic is desirable
- Programming experience with software development technologies like Python, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Docker or CI/CD pipelines is a plus, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
