Job description

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of .NET TL / Architect and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telco industry. Project goals: modernize and scale Dealer Management System capabilities with cloud-ready microservices and a secure, maintainable .NET platform. Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture & high-level design for DMS modules in the automotive domain.
  • Govern implementation quality (secure coding/OWASP), conduct code & design reviews.
  • Build and evolve DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines; ensure observability, reliability (HA/DR).
  • Mentor and unblock developers; champion engineering best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with client architects, PO/BA, and infra/security teams to deliver integrations.
  • Contribute hands-on in critical paths (spikes, PoCs, performance fixes).
  • Support production (incident/problem/RCA) and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in TOGAF?, * 9-12+ years total, with proven experience as .NET Lead/Architect.

  • .NET Core 6/7+, C#, REST, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitLab/etc.).
  • One major cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and strong database skills (Oracle/Postgres/MS SQL).
  • Architecture & design patterns, performance tuning, production support experience.
  • English B2+ and German B2+; ability to work hybrid in Bonn (2-3 days/week onsite).
  • Preferred Automotive/DMS exposure; OAuth2/Keycloak; Kafka/async messaging; distributed caching.
  • Security by design (OWASP), observability (APM/logging/metrics), TOGAF or cloud certs.
  • Interop with legacy (COM/.NET) a plus.
