Job description

- Collaborate on the design and implementation of our static analysis engine, focusing on improving precision and performance from day one.
- Analyze complex software, identify vulnerabilities, and design robust countermeasures.

- Have a direct impact: work closely with our founding team in an agile and decisive environment, and contribute to core technical challenges that directly shape our product.
Requirements
We're looking for a creative problem-solver with a deep interest in how software works internally. While a formal degree is helpful, what truly matters to us is your practical experience and portfolio.
- You have demonstrated experience in program analysis (e.g., static, dynamic, symbolic execution), reverse engineering, or vulnerability research. A background in compiler technologies is a huge plus.
- You have hands-on experience building complex systems in at least one of our primary languages: Rust, Python, or Go.
- You have a proactive, research-oriented mindset and are passionate about building robust solutions for problems that don't yet have a known answer.
- You possess strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a project team, sharing your expertise to contribute to our collaborative culture.
Benefits & conditions
We invest in our team and believe in providing an environment where you can do your best work.
- The opportunity to work on pioneering technologies that make a real difference, with significant ownership of your projects.
- A competitive salary package.
- Opportunities for personal and professional development.
- A modern office in Bochum's cybersecurity hub with flexible hours and a hybrid work model that trusts you to manage your time.
- A collaborative and friendly team driven by curiosity and innovation. We value open communication, love to share knowledge and push the boundaries of what's possible.
