- Support the digitalisation and automation of existing HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- Act as the main contact person for our HR department and provide support, e.g., in the development and enhancement of processes within the HR systems
- Oversee the system landscape and ensure clarity, particularly regarding system adjustments
- Advise our HR departments on defining technical requirements and their implementation, and participate in HR-related projects
- Serve as the interface between HR and IT

Requirements
Degree with a focus on HR, IT, or a related field Erfahrung Basic knowledge of SAP HCM Passion for working with various HR systems and for the digitalisation of processes, combined with a proactive, hands-on mentality to support different implementation initiatives Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong evaluation skills and analytical thinking Structured working style with a high affinity for data Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2) Flexibility & willingness to travel, * Degree with a focus on HR, IT, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and SAP SuccessFactors
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM
- Passion for working with various HR systems and for the digitalisation of processes, combined with a proactive, hands-on mentality to support different implementation initiatives
