Job description
We are looking for a Senior SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant to join a high-impact digital transformation program within a global pharmaceutical organization. This role is critical to ensuring that quality processes are seamlessly integrated into SAP S/4HANA, supporting GxP compliance and operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM processes in alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP PP, MM, WM, and Compliance) to deliver integrated quality solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and configure QM master data, inspection types, sampling procedures, and quality notifications.
- Support validation and documentation efforts including CSV, test scripts, and SOPs in compliance with GxP regulations.
- Provide expert guidance during integration testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP best practices tailored to the pharma industry., Attend a Technical Interview - Participate in a 30-minute session with one of our experts to discuss your skills and experience in more detail.
Participate in a Client Interview (if applicable) - For some roles, you may be invited to a client-facing discussion (30-60 minutes online).
Receive Final Feedback - We aim to share timely feedback and move forward quickly.

Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, * 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory, including familiarity with GMP/GxP requirements.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end quality processes including inspection planning, in-process controls, batch release, deviation management, and quality notifications.
- Experience integrating SAP QM with other modules (MM, PP, WM, EWM).
- Proven ability to work in regulated environments and support system validation efforts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
