Job description

  • Designing and implementing Python integrations with customer support platforms.
  • Meeting with clients to define requirements, resolve issues, and support technical onboarding.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (implementation, sales engineering) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Defining and improving system architecture to ensure scalability.
  • Leading agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Managing team workload, setting priorities, and removing blockers.
  • Reviewing code and providing technical feedback.
  • Actively contributing to development when needed.
  • Ensuring the support team is adequately resourced.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System architecture?, * 8+ years of software development experience.

  • 5+ years of professional Python experience.
  • At least 3 years in Tech Lead or Engineering Manager roles.
  • Direct experience with clients and expectation management.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture.

Nice-to-have:

  • AWS experience (RDS, EC2, etc.).
  • Strong database knowledge (preferably Postgres).
  • Previous experience building integrations.
