Learn more at www.trustyou.com Responsibilities Design, build, and operate AI-powered features using a mix of external services and in-house ML models Apply techniques such as clustering, classification, forecasting, and semantic analysis to extract insights from text and structured data Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn insights into user-facing features Design APIs and data services that deliver insights at scale across the SaaS platform Participate in product discovery and architectural decisions from the start Share expertise and mentor others across data, engineering, and product teams Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in data engineering and data science Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and/or natural language processing Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse) Working understanding of LLMs-fine-tuning, prompting, evaluating, and production use Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; DevOps mindset to own what you build Experimental, iterative approach with rapid learning and improvement Excellent communication and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams Ideal candidates Cross-disciplinary thinker, navigating multiple technology layers Experience building data products and APIs for customer-facing applications Hands-on BI dashboard experience (Tableau, Looker, or similar) Product-minded data work prioritizing user impact and usability Experience defining and tracking metrics for data quality, user engagement, and business impact What's in it for you Global, diverse, collaborative team Flexible working hours and remote-friendly environment Budget for home office equipment Ongoing career development, training, and coaching Six days for learning & development Team events (in-person and virtual) and social perks based on location EEO statement: TrustYou is an equal-opportunity workplace.
