What you'll be doing We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and actively contribute to the development of scalable systems. Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability Design and implement APIs that power high-traffic product pages and support seamless frontend integration Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features Contribute to architectural decisions in close alignment with the Tech Lead, exploring new backend technologies and cloud patterns Continuously improve

workflows and development practices through retrospectives and team feedback Share knowledge and best practices with peers across teams, contributing to a strong engineering culture within our One C&A Family What you'll bring Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS or Cloudflare Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Bitbucket), and test automation As part of our DevOps Strategy experience with Monitoring and Observability is a plus Backend development experience with Node.js Experience working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs Knowledge of databases, especially PostgreSQL; experience with search engines like Elasticsearch or Algolia is a plus Comfortable with build tools, package managers and version control systems A passion for writing clean, maintainable code and improving code quality Fluent in English and experienced in working in international teams What we offer Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals. ️ DKV private health insurance from day 1. ️ English and German language classes.
