Responsibilities Build and maintain elegant, responsive, and high-performing frontend experiences using React and TypeScript. Translate UX/UI designs into production-quality interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and browsers. Collaborate with product managers and designers to create and refine prototypes for usability testing, A/B experiments, and MVP launches. Optimize web performance and accessibility, ensuring our products are fast, inclusive, and meet best practice standards. Develop

well-structured, maintainable code, and proactively suggest improvements to our codebase and architecture. Mentor and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and encouraging best practices across the team. Help shape technology decisions as we modernise our stack, influencing frontend architecture and tooling changes. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional development experience, including 4+ years in React. Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern frontend development practices (component-driven development, state management, testing frameworks). Experience designing and building scalable, user-facing web applications. Experience with API integration and creation (REST or GraphQL). Strong understanding of web performance optimisation and accessibility standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Desired Skills & Experience Experience with backend APIs. Familiarity with AWS and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of queues and messaging systems (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
