System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to support and optimize our infrastructure operations, spanning both on-premises systems and AWS cloud environments. You will be responsible for maintaining performance, security, and service continuity in a 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and administer servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.).
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Implement and maintain security, compliance, and backup policies.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and cloud integration tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations to guarantee 24/7 service continuity.
• Collaborate with development, network, and security teams to improve efficiency and reliability.

• 5-10 years of experience in system engineering or a related role.
• Strong expertise in Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) and networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, load balancing).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (ELK, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Solid understanding of IT security standards and data protection strategies.

Profile

• Master's degree in IT, Systems, or Networks, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
