You sweat the details and can create UI that's both lovable and practical. * Frontend engineering skills. You can prototype polish and ship and also help others grow their technical abilities. * The ability to balance craft speed and the bottom line. You're comfortable moving fast and know how to prioritize what truly matters in an environment where there's always too much to do. * A growth mindset. Our mission is to help students adapt to a constantly changing world and we start with ourselves. You quickly pick up new tools and skills always looking for ways to future-prove your craft. * Excellent communication and writing skills. You bring low ego, a strong beliefs loosely held attitude and a strong ability to listen and learn. You're comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, data analysts and design peers. Bonus points * Full-stack development expertise. Users don't split products into frontend, backend or infrastructure. While your main focus will be on frontend we value a generalist mindset and the ability to ship across the stack. * Experience building AI tools with strong intuition around prompting evals models and AI UX. This is especially valuable as AI becomes a core part of our product and workflow. * An analytical mindset with the ability to process qualitative and quantitative data and draw meaningful insights.
