At Capitole Consulting , we continue expanding our Data & AI practice and are looking for passionate professionals who want to work on real-world AI projects with impact.
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) with 3-5 years of experience to support the development and productionization of advanced AI models - from research to scalable, production-ready solutions.
What you'll do
?Design, develop, and train AI and machine learning models (NLP, GenAI, predictive analytics).
?Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured Python code.
?Collaborate closely with MLEs to deploy and scale models in production environments.
?Work with large datasets using Databricks , Pandas , and modern ML frameworks.
?Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development lifecycle and MLOps practices.
Requirements
? 3-5 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering .
? Strong programming skills in Python .
? Hands-on experience with Databricks and ML libraries such as scikit-learn , PyTorch , or TensorFlow .
? Solid understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
? Knowledge or interest in NLP and Generative AI / LLMs .
? Excellent communication skills and a high level of English (team communication in English).
