Full Stack Software Engineer, Technical Referent

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java or Golang and modern frontend frameworks. * Lead architecture and system design decisions to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability. * Administer and optimize AWS resources, automations, and internal platforms supporting the engineering organization. * Promote best coding practices through code reviews, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Continuously identify and implement technical improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer. * Strong experience with Java or Golang for backend development. * Proficiency with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React). * Hands-on experience working with cloud environments (especially AWS). * Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles

and design patterns. * Proven ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code. * Experience designing and supporting event-driven architectures. * Strong problem-solving and project management skills. * Excellent communication skills in English. * Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in distributed teams. Nice to Have * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). * Background in platform engineering, automation, or internal tooling. * Exposure to observability and monitoring tools. * Interest in optimizing engineering workflows and system performance.
