Day-to-day responsibilities * Lead Agile Development: Take charge of squad-based sprints, translating roadmap goals into efficient tasks. Prioritise high-impact technical solutions that align with business objectives and adapt quickly to changes. * React Expertise and AI Innovation: Develop cutting-edge user interfaces using React and implement AI-driven enhancements to streamline tasks, ensuring technology keeps pace with company growth needs. * Ownership of Development Cycle: Own the end-to-end development cycle by writing and executing automated tests, maintaining code quality, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions. * Promote Quality and Growth: Uphold the highest standards of code quality through detailed reviews, while mentoring peers and juniors, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence. * Strategic Problem Solving: Engage actively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment, and tackle complex challenges by defining and implementing strategic, sustainable solutions. Experience and requirements necessary to be successful in this role * Demonstrable expertise in React. * You must be highly proficient in using AI tools in your workflow. * You will ideally have a background in agile methodologies and squad-based project execution. * Familiarity with UI/UXprinciples. * Experience in mentoring or with team leadership is preferred to foster growth within the team. * Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a tendency to thrive in fast-paced settings is an advantage.
