Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Team Facilitator (Scrum Master) to support and enable high-performing agile teams. You will help drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and remove impediments to ensure the effective delivery of value., * Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration within the agile team to ensure effective delivery of value.
- Support the Product Owner in product backlog management and applying agile product development techniques.
- Organize and facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Assist leadership and Agile Coaches with broader OVS (Organizational Value Stream) ceremonies such as PI Planning and demos.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles or impediments to team progress.
- Mediate conflicts and help resolve team issues to maintain a healthy working environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and open feedback.
- Coach team members to develop agile capabilities and encourage self-organization.
- Promote psychological safety and model agile behaviors, encouraging transparency and constructive challenge.
- Collaborate with leadership and Agile Coaches to empower and align the team with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and life cycle.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for agile principles and driving change.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Relevant higher education and professional qualifications (e.g., Scrum Master certification).
