Job description

We collaborate with key industry players to optimize and secure energy infrastructure for a sustainable future. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Cloud Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems, services, and data. You will work closely with various teams to implement security measures, perform risk assessments, and address potential vulnerabilities in our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud security will be crucial in safeguarding sensitive information and supporting the growth of our energy infrastructure consulting projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust cloud security strategies to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability management across cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define security requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure for potential threats and incidents, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and deploy security tools and practices to improve cloud security posture.
  • Support the integration of new cloud services and technologies while ensuring secure configurations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in cloud security and industry best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Cloud computing?, * Proven experience in cloud security engineering, ideally in a consulting or infrastructure environment.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Experience with cloud security tools, threat detection, and risk management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Spanish is a plus).
