Lab Integration Specialist

Tasks and responsibilities

• Support and consult laboratories on IT topics, including system usage and innovation opportunities.
• Drive and implement integration of lab instruments with LIMS, ELN, SAP, and proprietary systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement lab data storage and archiving solutions.
• Provide technical support for existing lab IT systems and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
• Coordinate and manage the integration of laboratory instruments into the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation and maintenance.
• Translate business demands into actionable IT solutions and ensure smooth implementation.

Do you have experience in XML?, * Degree in IT, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.

• Experience in laboratory environments, ideally within pharma or other regulated industries (e.g., food, aerospace, automotive).
• Basic programming skills and familiarity with markup languages (e.g., XML, HTML, or Markdown)
• Familiarity with lab systems such as LIMS, ELN, SAP, and data archiving platforms.
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to align with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Fluent in English & Spanish; additional language skills are a plus
