The Senior IT Manager SAP Development has the global responsibility to ensure that applications are designed and implemented along the requirements of Clariant businesses and is responsible for guaranteeing efficient, high-quality development and implementation rules. The Senior IT Manager SAP Development has to manage a qualified team of global professionals and optimize services through working with standardized processes and tools on a global scale. Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Globally accountable for SAP applications design & development for Business Units and Global Functions, including system design, data modeling, programming, testing, release planning, maintenance, and optimization. • Service & Product Management: Supervise staff, manage resources, monitor development progress, ensure smooth project handovers
• Strategy: Support application lifecycle management and SAP strategy implementation
• Efficiency: Enforce global standards, optimize team assignments, improve methods and tools
• People Management: Develop team skills, set goals, provide leadership, foster collaboration
• Technical Leadership: Guide ABAP development, BTP services implementation, and integration solutions

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in multicultural environments and global scope.
