In addition to the tasks common to all Strada employees, the specific tasks for this position are: Design, develop, and maintain complex SAP solutions using ABAP, SmartForms, SAPscripts, and workflows - with a focus on Payroll, Time Management, and compliance with legal reporting requirements. Solve advanced technical issues across the SAP landscape, optimize performance, and implement enhancements that align with customer needs and business goals. Collaborate with functional teams on solution design and documentation, defining data models, application flows, and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Lead integrated testing efforts and ensure quality, reliability, and compliance of developed solutions. Act as a technical mentor and reference point for the team - providing coaching, support, and sharing

Ensure effective task management and profitability tracking, with a structured approach to project execution and continuous service optimization. Required Skills Experience: 6-8 years of SAP ABAP development experience, ideally within complex HCM or Payroll environments. Education Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Technical Expertise Deep understanding of SAP architecture and ABAP programming. Experience with SmartForms, SAPscripts, workflows, and database design. Familiarity with SAP HCM and/or euHReka platform is a strong advantage. Solid grasp of software development best practices, performance optimization, and risk mitigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support team members. Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making capabilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
