Senior Scrum Master (Remote from EU)

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to guide and coordinate a cross-functional Agile team, ensuring that delivery objectives are achieved efficiently and in compliance with established governance standards. The selected professional will play a key role in fostering collaboration, maintaining process discipline, and supporting continuous improvement across all delivery phases., * Sprint and Release Delivery: Plan and manage sprints, ensuring scope, timing, and quality objectives are met; proactively identify and remove impediments.

• Ceremony Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies with an outcome-driven approach - stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, coordinating with technical leads and other stakeholders.
• Progress Monitoring: Maintain transparent tracking and reporting using Jira dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for delivery visibility.
• Agile Discipline: Ensure that backlog refinement, Definition of Done, test coverage, and quality gates are consistently upheld.
• Documentation Management: Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, ensuring full traceability from requirements to releases.
• Governance & Compliance: Verify that all deliverables, test evidence, and release documentation meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge Management: Keep Confluence and SharePoint spaces organized, up to date, and easily navigable for all stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, document best practices, and integrate them into team workflows.
• Team Coaching: Promote accountability, ownership, and self-organization within the team through mentorship and consistent feedback.

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Proven experience leading Agile software delivery teams, ideally in SAFe or scaled Agile environments.

• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for sprint tracking, backlog management, and documentation control.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, sprint planning, retrospectives, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, traceability standards, and audit requirements within regulated environments.
• Strong documentation management skills: version control, approval cycles, and change tracking.
• Experience coordinating across multiple roles - developers, testers, architects, and product owners - to align technical and delivery objectives.
• Knowledge of delivery metrics and reporting methods (burn-down charts, velocity trends, KPI dashboards).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and coach team members at all levels.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, quality, and delivery predictability., * Seniority: Senior (5-7+ years of relevant experience).
• Language: English level B2/C1 (mandatory).
