Experienced Frontend Engineer - SMO

• Develop new features for the search backoffice application based on given requirements and user needs
• Integrating our graphical user interfaces with the backend service landscape
• Taking a key role in understanding, developing, and supporting requirements of the product owner
• Working closely with product owner and other software engineers on scalable frontend solutions
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code
• Being an ambassador for consistency and usability of our product interfaces

• Being a pure team player and love having freedom while being entrusted with responsibilities

• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and a trained eye for UX & UI details

• You treat performance and testing as essential pillars of your professional work

• To improve the quality of your application, you like to use Typescript and test every line of code written

• You have experience working with GraphQL, including designing schemas, querying data, and optimizing performance

• You're confident working with React, Next.js, Apollo server

• Because you are interested in the whole lifecycle of an application, the practices of Continuous Delivery and (Cloud-) infrastructure are well known to you Nice to have

• Experience in performance optimization and skills in using the appropriate tools

• Experience with test automation (Browser testing with playwright)

• Experience in refactoring large applications
