Job description
Maintain & Evolve our global SAP landscape (S/4HANA, ERP, GTS, BW/4HANA, BTP, APO, Portal, etc.) across on-prem and cloud. Ensure world-class, secure operations to power dsm-firmenich transformation roadmap. Partner across Digital Foundation Operations, and Cyber to deliver a robust, performant and scalable platform., * Plan/perform upgrades & patches; ensure availability, performance and compliance with DFO/Cyber.
- Provide support on SAP Basis daily Activities.
- Stay current with SAP technology roadmap and propose improvements to the SAP environment.
- Monitor & tune systems, automate routine tasks.
- Maintain documentation/runbooks; participate in on-call as needed.
- Work with Platform /Product teams to support delivery of integration projects on SAP Basis scope.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sybase?, * 7+ years of experience in SAP BASIS, SAP Technologies, SAP Databases & Cloud Platforms administration with Engineering background.
- Proven experience in managing SAP systems with complex infrastructure set up (Multiple Data Centres & Cloud providers).
- S4HANA experience on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, RISE) or hybrid environments. Certification is a plus.
- Solid know-how of SAP Technologies and technical architecture principles (incl. SAP BTP, Solman, ChaRM, Cloud ALM).
- High level of expertise in HANA, ORACLE, SYBASE & UNIX.
- Excellent problem-solving; collaborative team player.
- Fluent in English.
