As a Java FullStack Architect/Tech Lead, you'll drive the design and development of scalable low/no-code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows. You'll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into high-quality, maintainable systems. This role offers ownership, innovation, and the chance to shape impactful products in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the architecture and development of low/no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows;
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
- Ensure high-quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices;
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation;
- Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar);

Experience with responsive web applications using JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, or similar;

Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems;

Experience in designing secure, multi-tenant, and scalable SaaS solutions;

Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design;

Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms);

Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery goals;

Upper-Intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES

Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or workflow automation tools;

Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) and UI/UX considerations.
