Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are now looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team, reporting to Vice President Commercial Excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven business insights, enjoys working with complex data sets, and has the ability to transform numbers into actionable strategies. You will work closely with commercial leaders, supporting decision-making with high-quality analysis and clear recommendations. This is a full-time position, based from our office in Valencia, Spain. Key Responsibilities * Gather, structure, and analyse commercial and business performance data. * Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic and operational decisions. * Train and support

colleagues in using Power BI effectively. * Provide advanced analysis in Excel; create models and scenarios to support business cases. * Work with our CRM system (Salesforce) to extract and interpret data. * Present insights and recommendations to senior management, shaping commercial strategies. Qualifications * 5-10 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, or strategy analysis. * Experience from Healthcare, Medical Device, IVF, IVD or similar is highly valued. * Strong skills in Power BI and Excel (advanced level). * Experience from working with CRM systems, Salesforce is a strong advantage. * Experience in data-driven decision-making and presenting to senior management. * Business English fluency, both written and spoken. Spanish and/or Swedish fluency are a plus. * Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology or similar is a plus, but not mandatory.
