As the Information Security Programme Manager, your mission is to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that strengthen the organisation's security posture. You will oversee the planning, execution, and governance of multiple interrelated security projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and business objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, legal, compliance, and business units to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions. Your role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, embedding security into the organisation's culture, and ensuring that all programmes meet high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
This position will be based in the OmniAccess' head office in Palma de Mallorca.
Main Tasks
- Lead strategic planning and execution of multiple security-related programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
- Define scopes, goals, and deliverables for security initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all efforts.
- Develop and manage programme plans, schedules, and budgets, optimising resource allocation and ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, particularly those related to data protection, cyber threats, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including InfoSec, IT, legal, and external vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct evaluations and post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure quality and compliance across all deliverables, adhering to internal standards and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001).
- Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for programme-related communications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA with a cybersecurity focus preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in programme or project management, with at least 5 years in information security leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, COBIT).
- Proven experience managing complex security programmes such as data protection, identity and access management, incident response, and compliance readiness.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- PMP, CISSP, CISM or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Other European languages are a plus.
