Job description
Lead the technical delivery of SGS's core applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable. As the .NET Application Technical Lead, you will drive design decisions, guide development teams, and raise the bar for technical excellence through proactive leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
What You Will Do
- Own technical design and development standards.
- Guide internal teams and vendors with clear technical direction.
- Participate in code reviews and hands-on development when needed.
- Align solutions with enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Modernise legacy applications and reduce technical debt.
- Strengthen problem management and system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET (C#), Azure, SQL Server, and Angular.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding, and DevOps practices.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and SAST/SCA tools.
- Fluent in English, comfortable in a global, multicultural environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Java (Spring).
