ADP Data Engineer

What you do

• Design and implement data solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and Spark technologies.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation.
• Ensure deep integration with other Azure and Microsoft SaaS services such as Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for data architecture and engineering.
• Optimize performance and scalability of data solutions within the Allianz Azure group tenant.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve data processing and analytics., When we do work with recruitment agencies, that engagement is formalized by a contract. Fees will only be paid when there is a contract in place. Without a contract in place, we will not accept invoices on unsolicited resumes, even if the candidate was ultimately employed by Allianz.

• Proven experience in data engineering, particularly with Microsoft Azure and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation.
• Experience with Spark technologies and data integration pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft SaaS solutions such as Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
