In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our IT Project Manager/Business Analyst.
Mission:
Project manager to be included in a Mobility squad of our client, PF Central, being in a service in Time & Material. In this mission, as Project Manager, you will act as: Key player on the Business As Usual activities: maintaining, enhancing and supporting the Datamart that serves the Mobility Business for reporting purposes, monitoring of data flows, ensuring data integrity and delivery, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross functional teams to meet ongoing business needs.
- In addition, to be instrumental in designing optimal solutions to meet new demanders of Central or our Mobility partners in the different subsidiaries
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are:
*Contribute to Production support and maintenance of the Mobility DataMart, incident and anomaly analysis.
*Participate and lead meetings with international stakeholders to monitor Data Quality, Consistency and Accuracy.
*Elaborate action plans and propose solutions to mitigate possible issues.
*Work closely with Business interlocutors to understand and prioritize the actions and evolutions of the Mobility DataMart to maximize the value of the reporting provided to our Mobility partners.
*Data modeling and design efficient data pipelines to enrich and transform large volumes of data with complex business rules, automating data pipelines and streamline data ingestion.
*Technical coordination, follow up for the integration of new data from multiple sources and formats into the Mobility DataMart
*Design along the PF Business partners new use-cases for the Mobility DataMart, capitalizing on the new data model (released in early 2025) and the upcoming new data sources
*Writing technical documentation (specifications, operational documents) to ensure knowledge capitalization.
What we are looking for:
- Good knowledge of:
o Big data/DataHub solutions/tecnologies.
o Cloud environments.
o File transfer protocols.
o Agile methodologies.
*Full understanding of:
o Structured databases (SQL).
o Microsoft 365 suite.

Skills:
- Fluent level of English is a must. Any other European language is nice to have.
- Knowledge of banking industry and processes

- Gives and welcomes feedback. Puts success of the business and team above own interest.
- Management of the MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, One Note knowledge).
