Senior Android Java Developer

• Design and develop new features for Android applications in Java.
• Integrate the app with Azure services.
• Connect to and optimize data access from SQL Server within the application.
• Collaborate with the .NET team to ensure seamless backend integration.
• Implementing and consuming RESTful and SOAP Web Services
• Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining the app and its Azure services
• Identifying and resolving performance and stability issues
• Creating technical documentation and participating in code/architecture reviews.

• At least 5 years of experience developing Android applications in Java.
• Experience deploying or managing services on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with SQL Server databases (queries, optimization, schema design).
• Solid knowledge of .NET (intermediate level) to collaborate with the backend team.
• Experience implementing and consuming Web Services (REST and SOAP).
• Experience configuring and maintaining web servers (IIS, Apache, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Advanced English (C1) and Spanish (Native).
• Based in Madrid (hybrid role).
