Senior Software Engineer lI (Front-end focused)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and building scalable, reliable systems. You'll collaborate closely with a diverse team to create software solutions that are impactful, efficient, and forward-thinking. This role also requires the interpersonal skills to communicate, mentor and learn effectively, and contribute meaningfully to our technical evolution., * Critically reviewing and documenting architectural decisions, and able to defend & discuss proposals with managers and teammates.

• Providing technical context and finding key points to guide the best decisions.
• Bringing fresh views on frontend, backend and software strategies.
• Design scalable & maintainable solutions to absorb the significant usage growth we are facing.
• Enforcing best practices, advocating for clean code and helping others succeed through Engineering review processes.

Do you have experience in gRPC?, * 8-10+ years of professional experience in software engineering

• You have strong technical skills and solid conceptual foundations.
• Experience with Typescript, React, CSS, Node.js, gRPC, Kafka, Mongo DB, GraphQL.
• You're passionate about Distributed Software, Cloud solutions, Microservices, Domain Driven & Serverless Architectures .
• You are committed to building highly reliable & scalable systems.
• You are eager to learn, screen those learnings and apply the best suited for a bounded context.
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding other engineers, including providing technical feedback, supporting skill development, and fostering best practices within a team.
• You have experience in discussing, spiking & benchmarking Engineering solutions.

• Relevant education, training, certification, or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
