The Pre Station Planning Technology team is one of the critical teams supporting and enabling Last Mile operations for Amazon Worldwide. We build software for demand forecasting, capacity planning, jurisdiction and topology management and fleet planning among other areas. These services help estimate the precise number of stations, vehicles, drivers and routes to deliver billions of packages to customers worldwide and have a high impact on cost as well as deliver efficiency. We are looking for an SDE with exceptional technical skills and a passion for delivering great software to join our team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible to own and deliver highly visible, innovative projects that directly impact the customer experience. Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, implementation, testing and delivery of the product. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience Experience programming with at least one software programming language Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
