Application Engineer

• Advising sales team on our products and their applications, as well as providing direct consultation to our customers
• Supporting investigations and handling customer complaints
• Calculation of relevant vacuum technical data with the help of existing calculation programs
• On-site support and assistance with commissioning of test systems at the customers sites for product and application qualification
• Creating and delivering training sessions and presentations, and sharing expertise with both customers and colleagues
• Preparation of technical documents, participation in the preparation of sales-supporting documentation
• Maintaining a knowledge database
• Contributing to product launches and participating in various projects

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial) or science (physics, chemistry) or in exceptional cases proven long-term professional experience in the industry.

• Digital skills and mastery of the standard tools (MS office, SAP, CRM, ...)
• Very good knowledge of English
• Strong technical interest in applications, logical thinking
• You are characterized by communication skills (oral and written) and argumentative skills
• Interest in understanding and observing the products and the market
• Ability to work in a team
